April Norman has her BFA degree from Sir Wilfred Grenfell College in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. From 1998 to the present day she has been commissioned to paint the murals seen all around St. John's. She has also been involved in set painting for recent film and television productions here. April has been planning this project "The Seven Deadly Sins" for some time. She has used the nature, personality and physical appearance of the models to help decide which "sin" she will represent and saw a lot of potential to play with the original 14th century concepts of the cardinal sins.
